PSA Oxygen Generator

Raw mterials through the air intake filters,removing the dust particlew, has been supercharged by Roots to 0.30.5 barg adsorption, then entering the inside one of them. Inside filled with adsorbent adsorption, then water, carbon dioxide, and a small amount of other gas components are adsopted by the aorber at the entrance which is filled at the bottom of the activated alumina adsorption, and then nitrogen is adsorpted by the activated alumina filled in the upper part of the absorber. And oxygen (including argon gas) non-adsorbed components exit from the absorber at the top of the exhaust to oxygen as a product balance tank. When the adsorber adsorption to a certain extent, one of the adsorbent will be saturated, this time through the use of vacuum switching valve carried on the vacuum (and adsorption in the opposite direction), the vacuum degree is 0.65-0.75barg. Adsorbed water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas components were drawn side by side to the atmosphere, adsorbent are regenerated. Each absorber of PSA are alternately performing in the following steps: Adsorption -Desorption-StampingThe three basic process steps are controled by the PLC and the switching valve system in oder to achieve automatic control.
